Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a área de Operational Excellence, responsável por garantir eficiência, consistência e monitoramento das operações da Kanastra Engajar com áreas operacionais (processamento, passivo, conciliação, gestão de fundos, securitização etc.) para mapear fluxos de ponta a ponta Redesenhar ou ajustar fluxos existentes para ganho de eficiência, escalabilidade e mitigação de riscos Criar novos fluxos onde há ausência de processos estruturados Estabelecer, gerenciar e executar frameworks e rotinas de verificação e monitoramento sobre a execução diária das rotinas de áreas operacionais Desenvolver e acompanhar métricas de performance operacional (KPIs, SLAs, indicadores de qualidade) Formar e liderar uma equipe de analistas da área Reporte direto ao CEO Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em consultoria estratégica, com 1-3 anos especificamente em nível de liderança intermediária (ex.: Project Leader / Engagement Manager / Líder de Projetos) Forte bagagem em desenho e implementação de processos, frameworks de gestão e projetos de transformação operacional Perfil analítico e estruturado, com capacidade de traduzir problemas complexos em soluções pragmáticas Capacidade de equilibrar visão estratégica (desenho de processos) com atuação prática e “mão na massa” (execução de verificações, monitoramento e cobrança) Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal, com clareza e objetividade Espírito de dono, resiliência e senso de urgência compatíveis com ambiente de scale-up em forte crescimento #J-18808-Ljbffr
