What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You should thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.

Qualifications

Must-haves :

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves :

  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication

  • As a Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months)
