European Market Business Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Director to spearhead our business expansion in the European market. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Latam hotel chains' operations and be well-versed in their adopted technology solutions.

This is an individual contributor role requiring self-motivation, innovation, and a focus on delivering value to our clients while aligning with company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic alliances with regional and local partners (RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)
  • Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy in LATAM
  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements
  • Represent us at industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
