**Careers that Change Lives**:- The Innovation Supervisor will support leading the implementation of an innovation culture, by accelerating the development of new solutions via internal team or partnering with Digital Echo Systems and Start ups, always considering the Medtronic Values & Strategy.- Also, part of this role will include analysis of risk and business model to support the Company growth in terms of share and revenues.- Support the Growth Acceleration Programs and identify new opportunities.- This position will report to Sr Innovation and Digital Manager and work closer to the LATAM Project Manager in all new business & solutions programs, integrating with existing channels.- Will supervise third party and Startup’s on projects development and implementation.**A Day in the Life****POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Support partnerships with Start Ups and Digital Ecosystems on developing solutions demanded by external customers (an eventually internal)- Support the Innovation Journey implementation for Latin America Medtronic Organization to leverage the capability to win more and increase sales- Support and lead the Innovation enablers implementation- Analysis on the main commercial opportunities and demand generation cross businesses.- Support the development of new ideas / projects, with a consistent business case and implement the initiatives- Develop new Business Models to support growth strategies- Leadership: getting people to buy in on a vision- Drive to get things done and find a good balance on analysis- Overcome critique and failure, from brainstorm sessions- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Divisions and Cluster Leaders to assure alignment in all development and implementation process- Risk mapping**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor’s in Business Degree, Marketing or Engineer or other related areas- Experience on Software Development- Fluency in English and Spanish (Oral and Written).- Experience in Innovation Areas and demonstrate experience working with Startup’s, Incubators Model and Digital Ecosystems.- Experience in Project Leadership.- Understanding of LatAm’s Healthcare Market- Solid software proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)- Knowledge of/experience with SmartSheet and Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire and any Infographics tools)**Nice to Have**- MBA in Business (preferred)Equal opportunity and fair treatment is expected to be applied to all employees in all employment decisions and Medtronic prohibits any form of discrimination prohibited by our policies and the laws of the countries in which we do business.
