**Sr Marketing Manager - BCC**

**SCOPE: BCC LAO Marketing**

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

Build Strategic business plan, lead innovation pipeline and develop brand communication to transform future business results driven by solid consumer insights.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive innovation agenda for the region, working in partnership with Global team to define key territories and projects
- Define strategy and innovation pipeline, guide and coordinate the implementation of new product launches, re-launches in the categories of existing products and new categories (timing of innovation and expansion of the brand ), ensuring market share and profitability of the category defined in the annual plan business;
- Work hand to hand with R&E team to develop innovation roadmaps under each territory, exploring new technologies and solutions
- Partner with CSI team to explore consumer trends, mine key insights from raw data and develop new ideas/ identify white spaces. Experience driving innovation from deep consumer understanding and bring a new vision/point of view on the business.
- Lead New Business projects from ideation to implementation with multifunctional teams and key countries
- P&L management and Category investment to ensure the delivery of the expected results of cost-effective and profitability for business;
- Lead and influence multifunctional teams, global and key countries, seeking connection and learnings and best practices for developing and sharing greater expertise Category.
- Experience on developing strong Commercial Programs that work and applied across countries

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 10+ years of business experience in a high-performing marketing innovation organization;
- Proven track record of delivering efficient and effective results in a complex matrix organization across multiple countries;
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing - both local and regional
