Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchasing and Scheduling Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with advanced data analysis abilities to support decision-making and optimize processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and inventory levels.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) to align purchasing needs.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor purchasing performance and delivery status.
  • Use data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) — daily communication with international suppliers.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
