Responsibilities:- Surgical scheduling management: opening, pricing and releasing appointments for clients,
- Monitoring and collecting these authorizations for surgeries,
- Monitoring of surgery portals – quotations/approvals,
- Management of commissioned agents' schedules,
- Customer service – external and internal.
