Cisco Security Expert Job Overview: This role is crucial to the successful execution of clients' phased deployment of Cisco Meraki MX devices and associated security technologies across multiple locations. The Cisco Security Expert will lead the technical implementation of Phase One, which includes seven sites, and will directly contribute to the customers' digital transformation and security posture. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with IT, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct discovery and documentation of existing IP schema across seven customer locations. Design and implement new IP subnets for Office, Wireless, and Management networks. Review DHCP server configuration, scope, and scope options for each location. Identify network hosts that require manual static IP modifications or changes. Deploy and configure Cisco Meraki MX devices, including switch port VLAN mapping. Create standardized operational templates, profiles, and dashboards for Meraki environments. Establish secure VPN tunnels and configure Cisco Secure Client for endpoint protection. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network deployment and configuration. Proven experience with Cisco Meraki MX series, including dashboard configuration and VPN setup. Hands-on experience with Cisco Duo MFA and Cisco Secure Client. Familiarity with IP schema design, subnetting, and VLAN configuration. Experience integrating cloud services (Azure, AWS) into enterprise networks.
