Enterprise Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services to one of our major enterprise customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored features to meet the customer's unique needs. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution via calls and messages. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication. Maintain strong, clear English communication skills to effectively interact with the customer.
