Job Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated technical support professional to enhance our customer service delivery. This position involves providing prompt and effective assistance to clients via phone, email or service desk tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support. Conduct remote issue resolution and determine the most suitable solution based on the problem. Record events/problems and their resolutions in logs. Key Responsibilities Excellent analytical skills. Detailed oriented. Able to work independently. Proven experience as a technical support specialist or equivalent role. Working Arrangements Standard working conditions. May be required to work non-standard hours to meet service demands. May be required to undertake additional duties in the next senior position as part of personal development program.
