HR Shared Services Specialist I

We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist I who will: Respond to employee questions using standard scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication. Complete onboarding tasks such as document collection and data entry to support new hire integration. Maintain HRIS records by entering basic employee data to ensure system accuracy. Assist with employment form completion by following established procedures to support compliance. Provide basic benefits information by referencing FAQs and policy documents to help employees understand options. Route complex inquiries to senior team members using escalation protocols to ensure timely resolution. Support payroll processing by verifying timecard data to help ensure accurate compensation. Organize HR files using naming conventions and retention schedules to maintain document integrity. Learn HR policies and procedures through training and shadowing to build foundational knowledge. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; typically no prior professional experience. Is this opportunity right for you?
