We are looking for a Marketing Insights Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for building success stories for sales leverage and social proof. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry
What You Will Do:
- Identify and collect information about key projects that could be used as success stories and case studies.
- Map and understand the client's journey. Identify improvement points and how to address them.
- Identify the input and contact points so we can improve client interactions and leverage sales efforts.
- Create and maintain a flow of information that allows for consistent upkeep of success cases in the company.
- Organize and share cases and stories that cover all main industries. Refresh them periodically.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 2+ years collecting information about clients.
- Previous work experience in a 'heavy traffic flow' role, that deals with multiple business areas.
- Proven storytelling experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
