Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across various initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with our Insights Managers to prepare clean, accurate, and repeatable data assets and reports. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business questions and challenges into queries and dashboards, ensuring the data product ecosystem is robust and consistent for others to consume.
You will have the opportunity to shape marketing strategy through targeted data products, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating across teams to enable data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Previous experience with Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude)
- Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and exploration
- Preferred knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Hubspot, SFMC, Braze, or Segment
- Understanding of marketing concepts and user journeys
- Strong storytelling and data presentations skills
