- Independently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Accurate account assignment and posting of current business transactions
- Posting bank statements and performing account reconciliation and clarification
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure SOX compliance and actively participate in internal and external audits
- Generate insightful reports and statistics
- Handle various administrative accounting tasks
- Communicate and correspond in English / willing to learn German
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- ~3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Navision is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for working with numbers
- A quick learner, able to adapt to new responsibilities and tasks
- Team player with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
