About the Role:
- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment solutions delivery to clients across LATAM, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple client accounts, aligning recruitment projects with client expectations and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering high-performance collaboration.
- Develop processes and best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
- Maintain SLAs, identify process enhancements opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation.
About You:
- A proactive leader with a proven track record of delivering scalable recruitment solutions.
- Excellent relationship building skills with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Adaptable, results-driven and thrives in dynamic multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities focusing on quality.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, reporting tools and HRIS systems essential.
- Recruitment process knowledge, best practices and industry standards across LATAM markets required.
