Responsibilities The ITD Innovation & Enterprise Architecture Manager plays a dual and strategic role. As Enterprise Architecture Manager (EAM) , you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s IT and Digital ecosystem architecture — including applications, systems, and infrastructure — while ensuring standards, best practices, and continuous evolution. As Innovation Manager , you will lead data‑driven, AI‑based, low‑code/no‑code, and collaborative digital initiatives, driving the organization’s digital transformation forward. Understand, evolve, and promote the IT & Digital (ITD) Architecture Plan and its transformation roadmap, always aligned with business goals. Support ITD Business Partners in defining technological solutions, project budgeting, and implementation. Collaborate with ITD managers on all architecture‑related topics. Interact with global Solution Architects (mainly in Asia) to align and adapt group standards and architectures to the Brazilian context. Research and disseminate knowledge on ITD solutions, trends, and best practices. Promote continuous learning for ITD and business teams regarding the latest technologies and innovations. Foster an innovation mindset, identifying business opportunities through ITD platforms. Coordinate and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs) and small‑scale innovation projects. Mandatory Bachelor’s degree completed. Fluent English. Availability to work at Lençóis Paulista - SP. Solid experience in large companies (preferably multinationals) in Technology, Digital, or Automation areas. Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, security, software development, and system integration. Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications, SAP, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), information security, and Microsoft platforms (M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot). Desirable Certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent. Experience with digital innovation and automation platforms.
