Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to Sales Manager Elevator, you will be responsible this position has the mission contribute to carrying out the activities of drafting, administering and controlling contracts, offering and ordering supplies of materials and services, sales proposals and customer service, supporting the Sales area, in accordance with pre-established standards, procedures and guidelines, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Contribute to the administration and control of contracts, offers, orders and sales proposals, performing basic analyses, supporting the area in the development of regular activities.
2. Participate in analyzes and other studies regarding the administrative and economic part of sales proposals, collecting data and various information, such as delivery times, financial aspects, technical specifications.
3. Develop offers for the various segments in which the company operates, both from a commercial and technical point of view, updating prices, negotiating deadlines, payment terms, together with the technical area, for forwarding to the customer.
4. Analyze public notices from concessionaires so that, together with the management, they can make a decision on whether or not to participate in the bidding, auction, invitation or auction, which in this case may be electronic or in person; in the case of electronics, implement quotations on the website corresponding to the concessionaire and participate in online auctions and trading sessions.
5. Carry out after-sales follow-up, verifying all information with the customer to support internal decisions in the continuous improvement of the services provided.
6. Monitor and close order backlogs and forecasts for upcoming periods, as planned, through a computerized system, consolidating budget forecasts.
7. Analyze material returns, identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing the competent sector to make resolutions and proceed with the process.
8. Monitor payments made by customers, checking delays, fines, invoice amounts, billing, in order to maintain budgetary control within its area of operation.
9. Update and maintain the registration of potential customers, as well as request documents necessary to meet the needs of credit limits, among others, interacting with the Financial Area for adjustments and corrections.

11. Register the expenses of branches in other States in the system for payment purposes.
12. Make commercial policy control reports of sales orders for approval with the board.
