**Team Overview and Job **responsibilities**
We are looking for a **Offers and Contracts Analyst **to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to Offers & Contracts Coordinator in the Inside Sales Area, you will be responsible to p repare Offers for several market segments and manage Commercial Contract, respecting economical, financial, compliance and operational results and assuring deliverable to the customers, following strategic objectives in a close coordination with Country and Regional Business Unit teams. You will focus on the following activities:
- Perform the activities of preparation and control of contracts and requests for supplies of materials and services
- Manage and control contracts with clients from different segments, analyzing proposals received by Sales and / or Commercial Representatives
- Carry out economic analysis of sales proposals, taking into account all the decision variables, including financial, delivery deadlines, technical specifications
- Elaborate offers of the various segments in which the company operates, both from a commercial and technical point of view
- Provide customer service clarifying doubts about the sales proposal
- Perform after-sales follow-up, preparing a negotiation strategy to comply with set deadlines, negotiating priorities with customers and internal interfaces
- Manage KPIs and Reports related to the function

- Expertise on Prysmian Contract Rules and procedures
- Manage contracts of Energy & Project customers, assuring expected results (turnover, contribution margin, service level and no penalties)
- Improve customer experience with Prysmian
- Prepare Offers and Support Sales Team on negotiations related to the customers
- **Professional Experience - Must Haves**
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a commercial area, contracts and offers, or related functions, required to master the main activities of the position.
- Experience on administrative procedures of commercial area; preparation of commercial and technical proposals; in reverse auctions in public halls; customer registries.
- **Professional Experience - Nice to Have**
- Ability to work across functional groups
- Business writing and presentation skills
