Overview

The Senior Manager / Director of Corporate Communications for Brazil at Keeta — the international division of China\'s Meituan, the largest and most advanced food delivery company in the world — will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work directly with Keeta\'s leadership team in the country to help develop and execute the full Corporate Communications strategy. The role focuses on robust expansion in the local market and generating a strong positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and deep expertise.

This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment. Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will be responsible for planning and executing communications strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and managing an external PR agency, in order to:

  • Increase the impact of brand awareness in Brazil.
  • Improve brand favorability.
  • Maintain or improve the tonality of earned media stories.
  • Maintain integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Communications teams).
  • Manage crises / mitigate negative PR impact.
