Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote, Brazil

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Leadership

Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Execute the full sales cycle , including outreach, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Hit and exceed challenging quotas while delivering measurable results.
Process & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead and customer data in the CRM system (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Help define, refine, and document sales processes to create scalable workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives .
Product & Market Expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of EasyHub’s SaaS platform and IoT ecosystem .
  • Educate prospects about EasyHub’s value proposition, delivering clear, compelling pitches.
What You’ll Bring

Proven Sales Experience - Demonstrated track record with measurable achievements.

CRM Expertise - Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (ClickUp preferred).

Tech Savvy - Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs) and digital tools.

Strong Communication - Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Portuguese and English.

Startup Mindset - Adaptable, resourceful, and excited about building from the ground up.

Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) – You will engage with global teams and clients.
