Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support email operations and email strategy execution.
Candidates must be familiar with email marketing best practices, performance metrics, and have at least two years of email experience working with Marketo. The ideal candidate should also be practiced in the end-to-end email QA process, including email client/device testing, campaign review, etc. This role will report to the Senior Email Marketing Manager, and will sit within the Marketing team.
The salary ranges from
1,000 USD to 1,600 USD per month , depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.The role is 100% remote. It is a Part-time position.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Senior Email Marketing Manager and members of the Marketing team to build, QA, and deploy campaignsBuild new emails in Marketo and/or HubspotTest emails across multiple browsers and identifying any issues using LitmusTroubleshoot HTML and revise code when necessary to integrate with internal tools and render properly across multiple email clients, browsers, and mobile devicesProactively research and develop code to resolve any QA issuesConduct QA reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deploymentsMonitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completionMonitor campaign analytics to identify trends, opportunities or potential issues
Requirements:Professional English Level, you are able to communicate and write professionally in EnglishMinimum 2-4 years of experience building/deploying email campaigns via MarketoMinimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in email building/quality assuranceBasic understanding of HTML (ideally also CSS) and ability to fix basic issueStrong understanding of email performance metrics and benchmarksKnowledge of email development best practicesStrong grasp of and experience with multiple types of email campaigns (Nurture, Operational, etc.) and their differences / usesStrong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyExcellent time management, and organizational skillsAbility to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Ideal Candidate Will Also Have“Start-up”-type operational experience: ability to creatively construct/design campaigns and experiments within a complex business modelExperience with both Marketo and HubspotExperience migrating across toolsExperience with performance analytics
