Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Your Job As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will work in the Customer Experience department. You will carry out the entire internal process of inserting/accepting customer orders, mapping processes, identifying gaps, resolving problems and providing internal support to the Customer Experience and Sales teams, reporting information and input on the order management process. What You Will Do Capture and organize orders that arrive via Portal (E-commerce). Manage orders and ensure that all are ready for shipping according to each customer's forecast. Deal with cases regarding general questions and order changes requested by the customer. Work as the customer's preferred partner, improving the level of service and meeting their needs. Monitor area indicators. Monitor monthly sales planning. Provide good customer service and internally, analyzing all information collected and ensuring satisfaction and mutual benefit. Apply market practices that make sense for our business. Support CX activities based on knowledge and skills. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Complete higher education. Advanced English. Commercial communication, negotiation, agility and flexibility skills. What Will Put You Ahead Know market practices and techniques based on customer experience. Spanish language.
