Learn more at Platform Owner The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Latam is currently seeking a Platform Owner to join our team. The Platform Owner is responsible for owning the vision and prioritization of new platform level features and/or enhancements, enabling platform and product squads to deliver value at the squad level. Responsibilities Shape the platform squad vision/roadmap and steer the squad in delivering features oriented around business impact. Prioritize and shape the backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with platform teams to establish business value, support messaging, and customer outreach. Ensure platform features meet relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards. Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders. Collaborate across squads to synchronize cross-squad tasks and drive solution selection. Provide reporting and analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results. Define and track OKRs tied to the platform vision, guiding prioritization decisions. Own and maintain backlog documentation and decisions. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a transparent manner. Foster collaboration and trust among stakeholders involved in the platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in Agile Development, including team creation, leadership, platform standards, governance, and change management. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong technical skills in Data Engineering, Intelligent Automation, and GenAI; foundational full‑stack development and Salesforce experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to analyse situations accurately and reach productive decisions. Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in English (Spanish a plus). Location: São Paulo, SP – Brazil. Up to 25% domestic travel required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
