Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Potential Head of Marketing) Join Go Running Tours as a Growth Marketer at a global running company. About the Company Go Running Tours connects runners worldwide with travel arrangements, working with clients such as US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, and Accenture. The company is remote, values a fast‑moving, positive culture, and collaborates closely through Slack. Responsibilities Lead all B2C and B2B marketing activities, from strategy through execution. Build and optimise email marketing flows, automations, and newsletters. Plan, run, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and new platforms. Research new tech, trends, and channels; test ideas in one city then scale to the rest. Create case studies, explore sponsorships, and pitch bold ideas to expand reach. Collaborate directly with the founder and teams worldwide, supporting instant communication. Qualifications & Skills Analytical, data‑driven mindset with a structured approach. Creative copywriting abilities and ability to connect B2C/B2B insights. Detail oriented, systematic, and always excited to grow. Experience with email marketing, automation platforms, and digital advertising. Strong execution focus – deliver results and move the needle. Compensation & Work Conditions USD 1,400 per month. 25 hours per week, remote, 2–3 internal meetings per week. Paid via Upwork. Focus on work‑life balance; not a high‑hour, high‑salary role.
