Production Planning Sr Analyst - Latin America**ROLE MISSION**To define, ensure and monthly update the supply plan for countries on Latin America region for External Contract Manufacturing portfolio in each country, based on rolling forecast and additional needs, revisiting safety stock policy along with demand planning. Also, to make sure to fulfill the planning process of global and regional suppliers, working with them in direct and continuous communication to avoid any stock outs.At the same time, this position is responsible to establish the supply plan to countries attended through the Latin America´s HUB, assuring the optimal inventory, service level and landed costs in HUB and markets, by consolidating demand and establishing consolidated purchase plan to vendors.**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**- To make changes according to suppliers and ensure fulfill their requirements.- To support New Product Introduction process with commercial, Reseach & Engineering and operations team.- To evaluate and process additional volumes requested by markets, giving proper feedback on feasibility.- To communicate supply risks to interested parties: demand planners, production planners and Sub regional Supply Chain leaders.- To elaborate the supply plan to countries attended through the Latin America´s HUB.- To assure the optimal inventory in Latin America´s HUB to attend the assigned market needs.- To upload to GDFT platform (or any tool determine by global SC) the supply plan for the SKU´s.- To create the purchase requisitions PR to be converted into Purchase orders PO by GBS Team.- To coordinate the on time and proper distribution of the HUB SKU’s to countries, fulfilling best services (Fill Rate) and having the optimal stocks.- To coordinate with imports, transportation and inbound logistics the on-time arrival of PO and the on time and complete shipments from Latin America´s HUB.**Studies**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA, or similar.**Experience and Skills**:- Experience in Production planning, MPS or Supply Planning- Detailed knowledge in planning systems, ERP (SAP), APO and inventory replenishment models, DDMRP, Kanban, Pull, MTO, MTS, Max - Min systems, etc.- Knowledge in Logistics and International Physical Distribution**Qualifications**:- Written and spoken English good command- Internal and External Customer oriented.
