Materials Planning and Production Analyst

1. Schedule new items, performing daily maintenance and processing exception messages through the integrated system, in accordance with process phases in progress and meeting the production schedule;2. Create and monitor the control of new supplier contracts, generating systemic reports for viewing orders for fulfillment within the suppliers' Lead Times;3. Actively participate in meetings, with the ability to guide the processes, with areas involved in the logístical processes for the alignment of matters aimed at suppliers, in order to ensure that the needs of the materials are met;4. Generate and analyze area reports, such as: Production Reporting; Sales Information; Budget preparation; System Parameters, Inconsistencies Reports, consolidating periodic results, demonstrating them through presentations, graphs and other statements to the managers of the areas involved, for monitoring and decision-making and proposals for improvements to the identified points;5. Coordinate meetings with Production, aiming to support the identification of deviations from goals and direct the solution of irregularities, aiming at improving processes;6. Identify the process, identify, prioritize and consider all sources of demand, material and other resources used to add value to a product.7. Order and manage the execution of individual deliveries of RAW material against the scheduling agreement or purchase order. Requirements for RAW material deliveries are determined based on the detailed sourcing plan;8. Execute and validate the MRP;9. Negotiate with suppliers the deliveries of materials, aiming to meet the production demand;10. Ensure the availability of materials used in production processes, in order to meet production planning;11. Negotiate with suppliers the exchange/replacement of materials identified outside the specified quality standards, ensuring proper replacement;12. Monitor the volumes of stock and inventories, managing the needs of materials available in the warehouses;13. Ensure efficient, on-time management of the packaging follow-up process;14. Monitoring the results, keeping records and distributing the suppliers performance to the partners involved;15. Perform other related activities.
