**What You’ll Do**
- Monitor and report on Risk Appetite metrics
- Review and challenge Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
- Track and support remediation efforts
- Manage and analyze operational risk events
**Skills You’ll Need**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with Investment Banking and Corporate Banking products is a plus
**Skills That Will Help You Excel**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
**Expectations**
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Brazil office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model which means 3 days per week.
