**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- _Receiving, identifying and forwarding visitors to the offices according to the security team's rules;_
- _Answering telephone calls directed to the office;_
- _Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the offices;_
- _Organize the sending of orders and documents;_
- _Purchasing and stock control of office supplies and cleaning supplies;_
- _Forward office maintenance demands and adjustments to the routines of the outsourced cleaning team to the facilities team;_
- _Assist the financial team in operational demands such as reconciliations, credit card documents, supplier registrations;_
- _Organize the reservation of rooms, as well as the infrastructure through surveys to carry out events and request coffee breaks;_
- _Carry out research on flights and accommodations, through a third-party agency, in order to compile information to pass on to the traveler, as well as arrange for the issuance of the voucher and issue the travel guide for displacement;_
- _Update user, account and approver registrations in the ticket reservation tool and in the refund request and accountability tool;_
- _Conducting the conference of rendering of accounts and requesting reimbursements from e-Core employees in order to comply with the processes and ensure accuracy;_
- _Forward the rendering of accounts and reimbursements for payment;_
- _Update and make available clearance certificates and permits on e-Core's internal query page;_
**_ REQUIREMENTS_**
- Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Knowledge, Attending University in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences or similar areas, with a minimum experience of 1 year in related areas._
