Local Unit & Position Description:
- Support invoicing process
- Providing support in administrative and financial tasks
- Support month end closing activities
- Review of balance sheet items, especially related to accounts receivables, working in progress, accruals and PL analises.
- Support on Forecasting and Target Setting process
- Work closely with other departments with a supportive and advisory approach (e.g., Operations and Sales);
- Actively monitor and analyse management data from the production systems to ensure quality of data and support the local management team to improve performance, processes, and FC accuracy.
- Deliver overall quality in the financial process
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance or Accounting.
Relevant business experience:
- Experience as or Business Controller Analyst
- Experience in finance process
- Knowledge in data analytics and data visualization (Power BI)
- Adequate understanding of financial concepts
- A demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, analytical, detailed, organized and have a passion for numbers.
- Solution oriented mind-set combined with a pragmatic approach
- Ability to deal with conflict management and have courage in decision making
- Has strong foresight and is future driven
- Has a good grasp of business processes and is able to identify process improvement opportunities.
