Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of quantity surveying, including measurement, valuation, and pricing of works
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project costs, improve efficiency, and minimize risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and to the required quality standards
