We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.**Take responsibility for the safety of our workforce**As Health and Safety Leader, you’ll lead a highly-motivated team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with our HSE standards. You’ll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You’ll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.As a Health and Safety Manager (HSE), you will be responsible for:- Communicating and influencing with cross-functional teams to ensure operational objectives are implemented- Providing expertise and knowledge of environmental health and safety, directly to the business- Analysing and developing new procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory framework- Managing your team's career planning to ensure effective mentoring, performance development and training**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalents- Be certified in one or more relevant HSE certifications- Have good experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environment- Desired experience in functional management**Work in a way that works for you**We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
