Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.**Your key responsibilities*** Deploy Continuous improvement standard processes (including training material) across manufacturing and support areas for short-, medium- and long-term visibilities (i.e. shift, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).* Perform/support site Continuous Improvement diagnostics, improvement projects and health-checks within our new revamped Continuous Improvement frame.* Be an ambassador for the overall Lean Six Sigma training deployment program.* Orchestrate best practice sharing and manage knowledge sharing forums.* Participate in the running and deployment of manufacturing recognition programs.* Develop / adapt recurrent fault handling tools (like A3, PDCA/RCA, etc); execute/develop capabilities to execute these tools with direct stakeholders (leaders, supervisors, managers)**You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred* Proven experience with methodologies implementation (Lean, TPM, WCM or others) in different businesses (food, chemical, metallurgical, etc).* A sense of accountability – you take initiative, speak up, and see things through.
