Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day legal and compliance advice to business stakeholders across a wide range of topics including platform products and features, product liability, and logistics matters. Review new programs, features and services and provide pragmatic advice to business stakeholders, including drafting internal and external facing policies. Proactively work with business stakeholders to review commercial frameworks, identify legal gaps and develop compliance plans. Monitor legal landscape and coordinate correspondence and engagement with regulatory authorities. Provide internal trainings as required. Conduct ad‑hoc legal initiatives aligned with business strategy. Requirements Qualified lawyer with a degree/Masters/JD from a reputable law school and experience with a top‑tier law firm. In‑house experience in e‑commerce/internet platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to lead projects as required. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams from different cultural and professional backgrounds. Ability to analyze business risks and provide pragmatic legal advice in a dynamic environment.
