Responsabilidades e atribuições

Seu dia a dia será:

  • Liderar equipe multidisciplinar em modelo Scrum
  • Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
  • Garantir entregas incrementais e de valor contínuo com Talend
  • Ser o ponto focal técnico-comercial junto ao cliente do setor público
  • Coletar feedback contínuo e ajustar roadmap do projeto
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão através de entregas incrementais
  • Supervisionar desenvolvimento ágil de soluções Talend
  • Facilitar colaboração entre desenvolvedores, analistas e stakeholders
  • Remover impedimentos e garantir fluxo contínuo de entrega
Competências Técnicas e Certificações Valorizadas
  • Certifications Valorizadas:
    - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ou Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Talend Certified Developer/Administrator
  • CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
Requisitos e qualificações

O que você precisa ter:

  • Superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em gestão ágil de projetos de dados e analytics;
  • Experiência com ferramentas ETL (Talend preferencialmente);
  • Experiência no setor público ou projetos governamentais;
  • Vivência sólida em Scrum/Agile e governança de dados;
  • Governança de Dados e Data Quality;
  • SQL avançado e modelagem de dados.
Seria legal se você tivesse, mas se não tiver, você também será bem-vindo
  • Talend Data Integration;
  • Scrum Master ou Agile Coach.
