Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry. We are sourcing software engineers for Sweden with a supporting team across multiple countries. This role involves finding engineers, building trust, and guiding relocation logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract IT engineers for Sweden through a solid local network.
  • Inform candidates about living and working in Sweden and assist with relocation logistics.
  • Build trust with candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with global recruiters and Swedish delivery management team to handle visa, permits, housing, travel, and other relocation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality standards and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient, capable of handling rejection and persisting.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude.
  • Responsive and professional appearance.
Offer details
  • Full-time, long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur.
  • Start ASAP. Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Paid national holidays, 20 vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
