Vaga: Growth Specialist Estamos em busca de um(a)Growth Specialistpara integrar nosso time e acelerar o crescimento damaya saúde, referência em cuidados de pacientes idosos. Sobre a vaga: Você será responsável poridentificar oportunidades de crescimento, desenvolver e executar estratégias de aquisição, retenção e engajamento de clientes. O foco é testar, analisar e escalar canais que tragam resultados consistentes. Responsabilidades: Criar, testar e otimizar campanhas de aquisição e retenção de clientes (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM etc.); Estruturar e acompanharfunil de vendase métricas de performance (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn); Trabalhar em conjunto com times de marketing, comercial e produto para alinhar estratégias de crescimento; Identificar oportunidades de expansão e novos canais de aquisição; Implementar cultura detestes e experimentos rápidos(growth hacking mindset); Produzir relatórios de performance e insights para tomada de decisão. Requisitos: Experiência prévia em growth, marketing de performance ou áreas relacionadas; Conhecimento emSEO, mídia paga, automação de marketing e CRM; Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de ferramentas como Google Analytics, Data Studio ou similares; Habilidade em elaborar e testar hipóteses rapidamente; Perfil criativo, inovador e orientado a resultados. Diferenciais: Experiência no setor de saúde, bem-estar ou serviços recorrentes; Vivência com estratégias de retenção e fidelização; Conhecimento em SQL ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
