Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30,000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistics Central Bureau. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Your role is to help us find engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will work with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants. We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more.

Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Start: ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term contract (minimum 12 months) with eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice.

• Identify and engage IT engineers for opportunities in Sweden. • Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process and communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden. • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish delivery management to facilitate relocation logistics. • Manage recruitment campaigns in alignment with client needs across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.

Required competence (documented in your CV): at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.

• Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
• Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
• Resilient and persistent, able to take a ‘no’ and try harder.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis as flex.

Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
