About the position Main challenges Administer and optimize Google Workspace. Lead the help center and user support activities, including user incidents. Maintain the end‑user devices lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning. Design and implement IT automations and workflows using low‑code platforms. Support and maintain integrations across internal platforms. Provide Tier 2 support for our BPM system. Assist in provisioning, configuration, and support of end‑user equipment. Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to ensure secure IT operations. Support the compliance team in the 3rd party vendor management processes. Requirements : Experience in IT support or systems administration. Experience with Google Workspace administration. Experience with user support through a ticketing system, i.e. help center. Experience with end‑user systems lifecycle, from provisioning to decommission. Familiarity with scripting in shell and Python. Familiarity with low‑code automation platforms, JSON and XML transformation. Collaborative and organized, with strong communication skills. Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency. Differentials Knowledge of ITIL framework. Knowledge of PCI DSS 4.0 and SOC 2 frameworks. Experience with JumpCloud MDM. Experience with low‑code middleware tools such as n8n. Know how to deploy and maintain containers. Full English proficiency.
