IT Analyst

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Responsável pela Instalação, configuração e realização de manutenção de hardware, software, aplicativos, impressoras em rede, configuração de contas de correio eletrônico, realização de backups, zelar pelo patrimônio e infraestrutura de informática, prestar suporte e atendimento presencial aos usuários.

Área responsável por fazer o atendimento aos funcionários e colaboradores terceirizados do banco, alocados tanto em prédios corporativos quanto agências, que estejam enfrentando problemas ou dificuldades com seus equipamentos ou requisições de instalação de softwares ou aplicativos.

A área possui 3 níveis de atendimento, sendo o primeiro através de um sistema de inteligência artificial (bot) com diversas opções de resolução de problemas conhecidos, atendimento humano via chat e acesso remoto com atendimento especializado
- Sistema Operacional Windows;
- Rede de Computadores
- Office 365
- Serviços Microsoft (Active Directory, SCCM)
- Pacote Office (relatórios; dashboards)
- Power BI

**Field Services**

Área responsável por fazer o atendimento e suporte aos equipamentos instalados nas agências contemplando estações de trabalho, servidores, impressoras e TVs digitais para gerenciamento de senhas e propagandas.

O banco conta com o apoio de 3 fornecedores com abrangência Nacional, responsáveis por fazer o atendimento de primeiro nível, triagem e análise do incidente e suporte remoto. As empresas possuem logística própria e funcionários terceirizados para realização do trabalho em campo caso seja necessária a troca, manutenção ou reparo do equipamento presencialmente. A área é responsável pela gestão dos fornecedores, acompanhamento de SLAs, métricas e indicadores de qualidade.

- Conhecer ou ter trabalhado com suporte a equipamentos de microinformática
- Suporte e troubleshooting em Sistema Operacional Windows;
- Conhecimento básicos de Rede de Computadores(TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS etc);
- Ferramentas Microsoft (Active Directory, SCCM, )
- Configuração e instalação de softwares;
