Buscamos um Gerente de Contas (Key Account Manager) que será peça fundamental no crescimento da nossa carteira de clientes, atuando diretamente com grandes contas e ampliando nosso mercado de atuação.

Descrição da Função:

O Gerente de Contas (Key Account Manager) será responsável por:
Prospecção ativa de novos clientes, com foco em grandes contas no setor de alimentos
Manutenção e ampliação da carteira de clientes estratégicos;
Elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais;
Fechamento de contratos e negociações com base nas diretrizes comerciais da empresa;
Acompanhamento semanal de indicadores de desempenho e crescimento do faturamento;
Relatórios semanais sobre o progresso da expansão de clientes e o alcance de metas;
Atuação externa, com visitas constantes a clientes para garantir um relacionamento próximo e a abertura de novas oportunidades de negócios.

Requisitos:
Formação: Ensino superior completo em áreas como Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas.
Experiência: Experiência comprovada como Gerente de Contas (Key Account Manager), preferencialmente no setor de carnes, alimentos ou produtos perecíveis.
Conhecimentos: Técnicas de vendas, negociação de grandes contas, análise de mercado e gestão de CRM.
Outros: Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação externa.

Prospecção e gestão de relacionamento com grandes contas.
Negociação e fechamento de contratos.
Análise de mercado e vendas.
Técnicas de vendas consultivas.
Gestão de CRM e relatórios.
Planejamento estratégico e visão de crescimento.
Conhecimento de logística e distribuição de produtos alimentícios.
