Job Title: Account Manager

At DuPont, we're committed to delivering sustainable solutions that drive purpose and value. We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and/or services to new accounts and expanding business sales to existing accounts. They will work independently within an assigned territory or customer base, managing all aspects of the selling process and administering sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and establishing new business opportunities.
  3. Work closely with key players and influencers to strengthen DuPont's presence in the Brazilian market.
  4. Develop and execute customer commercial proposals, negotiating and closing deals to meet sales objectives.
  5. Monitor market dynamics to anticipate trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, architecture, or engineering (MBA is a plus).
  2. Strong sales and technical skills, with experience in design, construction, or innovative materials use.
  3. Fluent communication in English and strong networking and communication skills.
  4. Solid experience in technical sales with distribution and direct customers.
  5. Customer and results-oriented, with a drive for self-initiative and convincing power.
  6. Available to travel up to 50% of the time.
