Senior Product Designer About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital experiences that exceed user expectations. You should be a creative problem-solver with a user-centered mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. This role requires end-to-end design capabilities — from research and strategy through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Who We're Looking For Strategic thinkers who design with intention User advocates who empathize deeply with users' needs Rapid learners who thrive in collaborative environments Effective communicators who convey clear messages in English Design professionals with experience working with large brands or complex digital products Portfolio holders demonstrating strong UX thinking and refined UI execution Qualifications & Experience Required: 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies (research, flows, prototypes, UI) Excellent English communication & presentation skills Expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) Experience conducting research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Ability to define user flows, IA, and navigation for web/mobile products Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems Ability to work independently and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience of tokenization Experience with system design Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (not required) Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) Experience designing dashboards, apps, or multi-platform interfaces Understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics Experience working within agile environments Responsibilities Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover behaviors, needs, and pain points Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and IA Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low → high fidelity) Collaborate with product managers, clients, and developers to define scope and goals Lead ideation workshops and contribute innovative product ideas Present design decisions with clarity and rationale Iterate based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineering teams Maintain design consistency through design systems and UI libraries Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes What We Offer Competitive contract rate Opportunities to work on high-impact digital products with established companies Paid time off
