Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Payroll Transformation Tester to support our Workday-to-ADP payroll transformation project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of payroll processing, data mapping, and integrations between Workday and ADP. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of this critical project. Test payroll processing, data mapping, and integrations to ensure seamless interactions between Workday and ADP. Validate inbound and outbound files between the two systems to guarantee accurate data transfer. Execute test scenarios, analyze results, and log defects to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Workday and ADP SMEs, to drive project success. Required Skills and Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in ADP testing, with a strong understanding of payroll rules and calculations. Expertise in ADP GlobalView, Celergo, or Workforce Now, with knowledge of payroll interface architecture. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
