The Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within SMC is a key growth driver, bringing the Microsoft cloud to millions of SMB customers globally through scalable routes to market, increasing revenue, market share, and customer base while enhancing customer and partner experience.

Responsibilities
The Azure Partner Success Manager , focused on Azure within SMC, is responsible for growing Azure consumption revenue through key partners. This involves innovating and evolving joint sales engagement strategies with partners, always centered on customer success.

Success requires a deep understanding of partner business models, customer success practices, and up-sell/cross-sell motions across services and routes to market. You should have a foundational knowledge of Azure and cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). You will lead a cross-functional team of partners, sales, technical, and operations teams to drive Azure consumption, develop customer success practices among partners, and support their investment in digital transformation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field AND 9+ years of experience in sales, channel sales, or industry sales.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years of industry sales or channel sales experience.
    OR Bachelor's Degree AND 14+ years of industry sales or channel sales experience.
  • 7+ years of partner engagement experience.
  • AZ104 Certification is preferred.
