As a member of the Legal Operations division in Brazil and reporting directly to the legal operations manager, the candidate will be responsible for unifying legal processes and ensuring the operational efficiency of the LATAM legal department. Main ResponsibilitiesManage LATAM Legal payments, reports and budgets. Create and improve Excel spreadsheets for data analysis. Control and report data analysis through the preparation of executive PowerPoint presentations. Liaise with partner law firms to ensure system adjustments for improved data analysis. Provide support in resolving various system-related issues (Ariba, ELAW, etc.). Manage the ELAW system, a case management tool. Interface with multiple business areas to unify and optimize legal routines and procedures. Lead the implementation of improvements in legal systems and their internal controls. RequirementsComplete Bachelor's Degree Basic/Intermediate English Excel - Advanced PowerPoint - Advanced Experience with Ariba DIFFERENTIALSExperience with ELaw Complete Bachelor's Degree in Law.
