Overview Brand Design Lead (Remote, New York) About the Role: Winnin is looking for a Brand Design Lead to take creative ownership of our brands visual identity across all channels. Youll be the keeper of our brand standards, a hands-on executor of static and video content, and a mentor to two junior designers. Were looking for someone who brings bold creative energy, obsesses over cohesive design systems, and knows how to make a great brand unforgettable at every touchpoint. What Youll Do Lead the design execution of marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, product visuals, social content, and branded video. Maintain and evolve our visual identity to match our strategic ambitions. Manage, mentor, and grow two junior designers. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and quality. Manage external vendors when needed (e.g., freelance illustrators, video editors, specialists). Own design ops: file organization, asset libraries, tools, and process. Stay current with design trends and proactively improve our visual presence. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Background in agencies and/or tech (SaaS or digital platforms preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and basic motion/video tools (After Effects or similar). Experience with both static and video content across digital channels. Exceptional design taste with the ability to translate strategic goals into polished, cohesive visuals. Strong communicator with the ability to advocate for creative excellence. Comfortable working in a startup environment.
