The opportunity: We are hiring a Revenue Operations Sr. Specialist to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil (remote work possible if you are away from São Paulo).
Wellhub partners with companies to offer employees access to a large fitness network at substantial discounts. Spanning 11 countries, we provide a broad network of wellbeing options and tailored programming to help employees enroll, stay motivated, and unlock their full potential.
What you will do- Partner with Sales leadership across the globe (Brazil, Spanish-speaking LatAm, US and Europe) to tackle key topics in the Sales Funnel and drive efficient, sustainable growth.
- Execute and scale day-to-day operations processes (e.g., defining OKRs, tracking performance, forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results).
- Define and execute foundations of sales operations (territories, targets, account planning, budgeting, etc.).
- Manage the variable compensation model, targets, and attainment.
- Establish working relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams as an individual contributor.
- Monitor metrics, provide insights to Sales leadership, identify drivers of performance variation, and highlight best-performing regions.
- Support data-driven decisions on forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
- Participate in annual strategic planning, advising on go-to-market strategy, team structure, and rep productivity improvements.
- Manage sales tools to support structured management of Wellhub commercial activities.
- Contribute to sales strategy and planning while working with data to influence outcomes.
- Relevant work experience in Sales Operations, management consulting, investment banking, technology, or similar fields.
- Fluent in English for collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
- Ability to present and defend recommendations with senior leadership.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver results in challenging situations.
- Team player who collaborates across diverse functions and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
