Overview: Delivery Associates (DA) is seeking a strategic and highly organized Growth and Partnerships Specialist to strengthen how we pursue, position ourselves, and secure new opportunities across our global portfolio that deliver real-world public impact. Sitting at the center of our business development and strategy implementation efforts, this role combines direct support to senior leadership with ownership of systems, materials, and coordination to ensure we bring the right mix of tools, people, and ideas to each opportunity.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a strategic operator, exceptional project manager, and sharp communicator to join our growing Growth Team. The Growth Team empowers our colleagues at DA to pursue high-impact work by leading our growth strategy and strengthening the tools, processes, and coordination that drive our business development efforts.

As a Growth and Partnerships Specialist, you will provide direct support to senior consulting leaders, helping prepare for external engagements, and follow through on key initiatives. You'll also lead work to strengthen our business development infrastructure—from improving materials and supporting new partnership opportunities, to upgrading the systems and processes that underpin our pipeline. This is a dynamic role for someone who brings structure, clarity, and creativity to cross-functional work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to senior leaders , including preparation, coordination, and follow-through on new business opportunities and priorities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of core business development materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and proposal templates, keeping content sharp, current, and aligned to DA's positioning
  • Conduct prospect and stakeholder research to inform positioning, brief senior leaders, and shape outreach and proposals
  • Draft and tailor client-facing materials , including follow ups, DA introductions and concept notes, in collaboration with senior leaders and technical teams
  • Coordinate across internal teams to bring together the right mix of expertise and experience for each opportunity
  • Support follow-through on high-priority pipeline opportunities by tracking actions, supporting internal alignment, and managing timelines
  • Maintain and improve the use of DA's CRM , including data accuracy, insight generation, reporting, and supporting adoption across the team
  • Contribute to the improvement of business development systems and tools, including automation, bot upgrades, and process design

Required Skills/Experiences
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. Requisite years of professional experience and/or apprenticeship pathways will also be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Professional experience: 4–6 years in consulting, business development, fundraising, communications, or partnerships in the public or philanthropic sector.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong proficiency with MS365 Workspace, slide design and creation of external-facing content; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) preferred.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, with demonstrated experience developing external-facing content.
  • Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Authorization + location requirements: Must have the right to work in your base location. Preference for candidates from Latin America, in particular Brazil.
