**JEM Security is an american Fire Alarm & Safety company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 2019, we have grown exponentially over the last 3 years, opening up a branch in São Paulo, Brazil. Now, we are expanding to Portugal. Like any growing company, JEM is full of opportunities for highly motivated people with the right attitude and a make-it-happen mindset, and we are looking for these people to join our team**We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to:- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer services.- Analyze and summarize customer issues in order to prepare appropriate solutions/clarifications to respond to customers.- Evaluate and prioritize customer inquiries to better serve the customers.- Maintain history records and related problem documentations for future reference.- Provide support to our Sales team.- Respond to customer inquiries by directing them to websites, FAQs, appropriate personnel, etc when needed.- Address customers in a professional and respectful manner.- Take ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary.- Maintain the internal and external customer databases.- Analyze customer issues so as to develop tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customer business areas.- Maintain broad knowledge about company’s products and services.**Requirements**:- Previous work experience.- Familiarity with customer service.- Good communication skills.**:- Fluent english.****Vaga PJ, modelo híbrido.**Tipo de vaga: Tempo integralSalário: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 por mêsSchedule:- Turno de 8 horasPergunta(s) de seleção:- Você aceita trabalhar de maneira híbrida?Idioma:- fluent english (obrigatório)
