What you’ll do Plan, oversee, and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined business goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new country migrations and the continuous evolution of a global product. Break down complex projects into clear milestones, identifying risks, dependencies, and defining effective mitigation plans. Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed progress reports to executive stakeholders. Ensure process clarity, transparent status updates, and overall alignment between all involved teams. Foster a collaborative and empowering environment that enables teams to design and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges. Promote knowledge sharing and workforce transfer across structures, organizing and documenting key learnings. Oversee all project documentation, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards. Lead, motivate, and support diverse teams, ensuring continuous professional development and skill balance through coaching and talent management.
